Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator
Reporting to the VP, Product, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of the Project Management Office. You must be extremely well organized and capable of multi-tasking. You possess a keen ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively in person, by telephone and/or e-mail. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate processes while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet skills.
- MS Project skills an asset.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively follow up on outstanding items.
- To communicate project management processes to project managers and providing support on roles and processes and facilitate their effective use
- To enforce the Project Management Office standards, processes and procedures
- To follow up with Project Managers and team members to ensure they provide the required information and documentation to the PMO
- To report status of outstanding risks and issues to Project Sponsors
- To manage project documentation for multiple projects
- To maintain the project repository of records
- To provide time management support
- To provide project work plan support
- To coordinate and maintain changes to processes
- To maintain change, issue, and risk processes, including maintaining the logs and providing status on them
- To consolidate a weekly Dashboard to report on the status of all projects Other duties as assigned

Client Services Representative – Unique Solutions Design Limited
As a Member of the Client Service Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the team's overall success by providing prompt, accurate and professional responses to Unique Solutions Client inquiries. You will work in a dynamic team environment, creating an outstanding client experience and maximizing opportunities to promote Unique Solutions services and products.
- Full Time – 40 hours per week. Current hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 8:00, possibility for Saturday and Sunday shifts in the future, on a rotational basis.
- Starting Hourly Wage of $10.00/hour plus benefits. If you have directly comparable Client Services Experience your starting rate could go up to $11.50/ hour plus benefits.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a Client Services Position
- Proficiency in a PC Windows Environment
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Keen eye for detail
- Flexibility for working various fixed shifts
- Knowledge of the Sewing or Health and Wellness Industry may be an asset
- To provide telephone, email and web-based product or service support for various services and products.
- To quickly and effectively assess and resolve clients inquiries.
- To provide client with a superior service experience by listening carefully to them and providing information/solutions to their concerns.
- To fulfill client expectations in ways that also comply with established policies and procedures.
- To effectively learn and use software available resources to meet the client's needs.
